Comments from Lynn Marie DePippo on her journey to creating Pythia Capital and living systems principles for investing:
Hello. I am the Founder and CEO of Pythia Capital. Originally, I developed living, complex systems investing principles to educate investors in an experiential way regarding the interconnections of the health crisis across global society and our destruction and degradation of natural ecosystems, to enable capital to flow towards more congruent, win/win solutions to these complex problems.
Over time, I realized the power of this natural, regenerative investing process to identify and invest in the most creative, inspiring and dynamic entrepreneurs to address the most complex and critical problems in society. These principles naturally reduce friction for a more collaborative relationship between the core creative, edge entrepreneurs and visionary investors.
I am highly ethical, detail-oriented, strategic, a creative problem solver, passionate, a natural systems thinker and a visionary alchemist. I tend to be a maverick and an edge thinker. I read and integrate information from a wide range of sources on a regular basis, including many sources that may not be aligned with my views. I am humbled regularly and enjoy sharing ideas with people with diverse perspectives. A big part of my work involves strategies to bridge polarities and find common ground. There is something emergent, unique and very special when you successfully bridge polarities through collaborative networking and sharing.
